All orders are processed after confirmation of payment. Since many of our products are curated, handcrafted, or made to order, processing times may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Orders are typically dispatched within the estimated timeline shared, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and the destination. Agora of Colours is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation. In certain cases, free shipping may be offered as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Agora of Colours will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

We take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you safely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product so we can assist you accordingly.
